Call the Cabana rental phone number, (925) 556-0747, to check availability of the Cabana for the specific date you have in mind. When leaving a message, please be sure to state:
- your name
- your phone number
- the date, start time and number of hours you would like to use the Cabana
- the type of event you want to hold at the Cabana
The Cabana rental manager will contact you within 24 hours to confirm whether or not the Cabana is available on the date and time you requested. If the date you requested is available, you will be added to the calendar. Within a few days you will receive the Cabana Rental forms in the mail. You can also download the Cabana Rental Request form.
For your requested date to be reserved, you must submit the completed Cabana Rental Request form (along with $150.00 rental deposit AND rental fee) prior to your rental date. You may return the form and fee/deposit by mail or drop off to: 29 Cree Court, San Ramon, CA 94583.
On the day of your event, obtain the cabana key from the Cabana rental manager. After your event, and after you have finished cleaning the Cabana, please return the key and the Cabana Checklist promptly.
The Cabana will be inspected after your event, and providing everything is clean and in order, your deposit check will either be torn up or returned to you, at your preference, within a week after your event.
To receive your full deposit, it is necessary for you to make sure the Cabana is clean and in good condition when your event is over. This includes: vacuuming the carpet, wiping down and cleaning the counter and sink, and wiping up any spills that you may have left in the refrigerator and/or freezer and walls of the Cabana. IMPORTANT: You must also bring your own trash bags and take all your event trash out (including park and pool area) with you when you leave.
