CC&Rs
The CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) are rules and and restrictions that all owners must abide by, as provided for under California law. CC&Rs stablish rules on a wide variety of neighborhood issues, such as parking, architecture, property maintenance, signs, commercial use, nuisances, common area usage, and insurance.
The CC&Rs ensure our neighborhood remains attractive, ultimately boosting property values and quality of life for everyone. Bollinger Hills is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in San Ramon, due in no small part to the attractive homes and landscaping found throughout the development. The CC&Rs exist to ensure that high standard is maintained.
All homeowners and residents are bound by the CC&Rs. When you bought your house, you received and agreed to abide by the covenants, conditions, and restrictions set forth in the CC&R documents. Your signature was obtained during the close of escrow signing.
CC&R violations are handled through a standard enforcement process, using the Enforcement Policy to ensure fair treatment to every homeowner. We work hard to follow and enforce all CC&R rules and regulations while also making every effort to be fair and consistent.
The Second Amended and Restated Declaration of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions was approved by a vote of the Members and became effective when recorded on July 30, 2014. The Second Amended and Restated CC&Rs supersede all prior versions.
