Our Homeowners Association
The Bollinger Hills Homeowners Association
is self-managed by a volunteer group composed entirely of residential
property owners. The association is presided over by a five-member Board of Directors. Additionally, the Architectural Review Committee
serves to evaluate all approval requests for architectural and
landscaping projects. Other committees have been created to manage the
various BHHOA services.
All homeowners become a member of the Bollinger Hills Homeowners' Association upon purchasing their property. BHHOA dues are billed semi-annually.
The best way for you to become involved with and informed about our community is to attend the monthly association meetings. BHHOA Meetings are normally held the 3rd Wednesday of the month, 6:30 PM, at the Cabana. All homeowners are welcome.

Bollinger Hills Picnic and Barbeque Area
The picnic tables and BBQ can be reserved prior to use. Please contact Julie Furman at (925) 556-0747 for reservation information. Residents with reservations have priority over casual users.
COVID-19 CLOSURE OF FACILITIES
The tennis courts and park are closed as of 4/1/2020 due to the additional guidelines released under Shelter-in-Place Order HO-COVID19-03, which specifically includes a directive to close all parks and tennis courts. The HOA is technically a business and must comply with all health department regulations.
The tennis courts, park (including the bocce ball court) and pool will remain closed until the county advises that we can reopen them.
